## Workflow

### Phase 1: Initialization & Seeding
1.  **Check:** Does `customer_usage.csv` exist?
2.  **If Missing:** Create `customer_usage.csv` using the `sampleData` provided in this blueprint.
3.  **If Present:** Load the data for processing.

### Phase 2: The Loop
**Phase 1: Qualification**
1.  **Input:** Ask for a CSV export of current customers (columns: `Name`, `Plan`, `Usage_Metric`, `Last_Login`).
2.  **Filter:** Identify the 'Hot List':
    *   Users at >85% of their plan limits.
    *   Users who log in daily but are on the 'Basic' plan.
    *   Users attempting to access gated features (if logged).

**Phase 2: The Value Mapping**
For each qualified user, identify the *specific* feature on the next tier that solves their constraint.
*   *Constraint:* "Hit contact limit."
*   *Solution:* "Unlimited contacts + Bulk Editing."

**Phase 3: The Proposal**
Create `upsell_campaign.csv` with a `Draft_Email` column.

*   **Subject:** Unlocking more [Metric] for [Company]
*   **The Observation:** "I noticed you've been crushing it with [Product] - you're already at [X] usage."
*   **The Risk:** "I don't want you to hit a wall during your next big project."
*   **The Offer:** "If you upgrade to Pro, you'll get [Feature] which would also let you [Benefit]."
*   **The Soft Close:** "Happy to run the numbers on what that looks like?"

**Phase 4: Artifact**
Save the list and the personalized drafts.
