3.  **If Present:** Load the data for processing.

### Phase 2: The Loop
1.  **Read:** `purchase_history.csv`.
2.  **Filter:** Bought 'Tent' AND NOT 'Footprint'.
3.  **Output:** Save `cross_sell_footprint.csv`.
