Analyze sales logs to find the "Golden Hours"—specific time blocks where prospect engagement is highest.

## Workflow

### Phase 1: Initialization
1.  **Check:** Does `sales_log.csv` exist?
2.  **If Missing:** Create it (`Date`, `Day`, `Time_Sent`, `Response_Received_Bool`, `Revenue`).
