*   **Correlation:** Linking Score to Outcome.

## Workflow

### Phase 1: Initialization & Seeding
1.  **Check:** Does `call_transcripts.csv` exist?
2.  **If Missing:** Create `call_transcripts.csv` using the `sampleData` provided in this blueprint.
