1. **Query:** LinkedIn Jobs / Wellfound (AngelList) for `Role_Keyword`.
2. **Filter:**
* **Company Size:** 11-50 employees (The sweet spot).
* **Funding:** Seed or Series A.
3. **Verify "First":** Check "People" tab. Do they already have a VP Sales?
* *If Yes:* It's a replacement (Still good, but different pitch).
* *If No:* It's the **First Hire** (Gold mine).
4. **Pitch:** "Congrats on the search for your VP! While you hunt, do you need help setting up the CRM?"
### Phase 3: Output
1. **Compile:** Create `first_sales_hire_leads.csv` with columns: `Company`, `Role_Posted`, `Company_Size`, `Founder_Contact`.
2. **Summary:** "Found [X] startups searching for their first sales leader."
