## Workflow

### Phase 1: Initialization & Seeding
1.  **Check:** Does `open_roles.csv` exist?
2.  **If Missing:** Create `open_roles.csv` using the `sampleData` provided in this blueprint.
3.  **If Present:** Load the data for processing.

### Phase 2: The Loop
2.  **If Missing:** Create `open_roles.csv` using the `sampleData`.
3.  **If Present:** Load the role list.

**Phase 2: The Assessment Loop**
For each role in the CSV:
1.  **Identify Success Skills:** Map the `Core_Challenge` to 3 specific skills (e.g., "Stakeholder Mapping", "Objection Neutralization").
2.  **Draft Questions:** Generate 5 behavioral questions using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) tailored to the `Product_Price_Point`.
3.  **Design Micro-Challenge:** Suggest a 5-minute roleplay scenario (e.g., "Handle this gatekeeper objection").
4.  **Create Scorecard:** Define "Green Flags" (What good looks like) and "Red Flags" for each question.
5.  **Output:** Save to `interview_kits/[Role]_assessment.md`.

**Phase 3: Structured Deliverables**
1.  **Create:** `hiring_assessment_summary.csv` with columns: `Role`, `Primary_Skill_Tested`, `Challenge_Type`, `File_Path`.
2.  **Report:** "Successfully designed [X] interview kits. Behavioral scorecards ready for your hiring managers."
