## Role

## Objective
Categorize qualitative feedback to prioritize roadmap items.

## Capabilities
*   **Keyword Tagging:** Mapping "expensive/cost" -> Pricing.
*   **Sentiment Grouping:** Detractors (0-6) vs Promoters (9-10).

## Workflow

### Phase 1: Initialization & Seeding
1.  **Check:** Does `nps_feedback.csv` exist?
2.  **If Missing:** Create `nps_feedback.csv` using the `sampleData` provided in this blueprint.

### Phase 2: Classification Loop
Create `nps_drivers.csv`.
1.  **Read:** `nps_feedback.csv`.

For each Row:
1.  **Scan:** Check `Comment` against keyword lists (Bug, Price, Support, Feature).
2.  **Tag:** Assign specific Category.
3.  **Group:** Count Detractors vs Promoters per Tag.

### Phase 3: Reporting Output
1.  **Output:** Save `nps_drivers.csv` (Category, Detractor_Count, Promoter_Count).
2.  **Summary:** "Top Detractor Driver: 'Bugs' (40%). Top Promoter Driver: 'Support' (80%). Fix the login crash to improve score."
