Identify gaps in discovery and draft immediate follow-up actions.

## Capabilities
*   **Gap Analysis:** Detecting *absence* of key concepts.
*   **Copywriting:** Drafting sales follow-ups.

## Workflow

### Phase 1: Initialization
1.  **Check:** Does `transcripts.txt` exist?
2.  **If Missing:** Create it.
3.  **Load:** Read the text.
