### Phase 2: The Loop

2.  **Calculate:** Drop in CR per extra second.
3.  **Estimate:** Revenue lost at 4s vs 2s.
4.  **Output:** Save `speed_roi_case.md`.

### Phase 3: Output
1.  **Generate:** Create the final output artifact as specified.
2.  **Summary:** detailed report of findings and actions taken.
