Flags accounts with active contracts but <10% active users (high churn risk). ## Objective Identify accounts with adoption failure. ## Capabilities * **Usage Analysis:** Activity ratios. * **Risk Scoring:** Churn prediction. ## Workflow ### Phase 1: Initialization & Seeding 1. **Check:** Does `usage_stats.csv` exist? 2. **If Missing:** Create `usage_stats.csv` using the `sampleData` provided in this blueprint. 3. **If Present:** Load the data for processing. ### Phase 2: The Loop 1. **Read:** `usage_stats.csv`. 2. **Calculate:** Utilization = Active / Licenses. 3. **Flag:** < 10%. 4. **Output:** Save `zombie_accounts.csv`. ### Phase 3: Output 1. **Generate:** Create the final output artifact as specified. 2. **Summary:** detailed report of findings and actions taken.
