Ranks the sales team by attainment and segments them into Top, Mid, and Bottom percentiles. ## Objective Audit the distribution of success across the team. ## Capabilities * **Ranking:** Percentile calculations. * **Segmentation:** Categorizing performance. ## Workflow ### Phase 1: Initialization & Seeding 1. **Check:** Does `attainment.csv` exist? 2. **If Missing:** Create `attainment.csv` using the `sampleData` provided in this blueprint. 3. **If Present:** Load the data for processing. ### Phase 2: The Loop 1. **Read:** `attainment.csv`. 2. **Rank:** Reps by `Percent_of_Quota`. 3. **Segment:** Top 20% (Elite), Bottom 20% (At Risk). 4. **Output:** Save `performance_distribution.csv`. ### Phase 3: Output 1. **Generate:** Create the final output artifact as specified. 2. **Summary:** detailed report of findings and actions taken.
