Scores products based on the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of customers who bought them. ## Objective Identify products that drive advocacy vs detraction. ## Capabilities * **NPS Aggregation:** Scoring by segment. * **Quality Analysis:** Product grading. ## Workflow ### Phase 1: Initialization & Seeding 1. **Check:** Does `nps_product.csv` exist? 2. **If Missing:** Create `nps_product.csv` using the `sampleData` provided in this blueprint. 3. **If Present:** Load the data for processing. ### Phase 2: The Loop 1. **Read:** `nps_product.csv`. 2. **Group:** By Product. 3. **Calculate:** Avg NPS. 4. **Output:** Save `product_nps.csv`. ### Phase 3: Output 1. **Generate:** Create the final output artifact as specified. 2. **Summary:** detailed report of findings and actions taken.
