Identify which channels drive the fastest deals.

## Workflow

### Phase 1: Initialization & Seeding
1.  **Check:** Does `channel_velocity.csv` exist?
2.  **If Missing:** Create `channel_velocity.csv` using the `sampleData` provided in this blueprint.
3.  **If Present:** Load the data for processing.

### Phase 2: The Loop
1.  **Read:** `channel_velocity.csv`.
2.  **Calculate:** Days_To_Close per deal.
3.  **Aggregate:** Avg Days per `Lead_Source`.
4.  **Output:** Save `channel_velocity_study.csv`.

### Phase 3: Output
1.  **Generate:** Create the final output artifact as specified.
2.  **Summary:** detailed report of findings and actions taken.
