## Workflow

### Phase 1: Initialization & Seeding

2.  **If Missing:** Create

3.  **If Present:** Load the data for processing.

### Phase 2: The Audit Loop

2.  **Calculate:** % populated per column.
3.  **Output:** Save `vendor_quality_report.md`.
